Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This is a beautiful and spacious condominium with spectacular ocean and salt marsh views. Recently renovated in February, 2019, this home boasts beautiful views from every bedroom and balcony. Guests will have access to the shared pool and hot tub located right out front! Just a short walk or bike ride away guests will also find tennis courts, and a very nice shared, oceanfront cabana house with a large sun deck. The beach, pool, tennis courts, and awesome beachfront cabana area with deck might make you want to stay here for your entire visit! Walking and biking are a great way to see the indigenous wildlife right around Litchfield by the Sea. Family owned and operated, the Hanser House seafood restaurant is located right outside the property on Highway 17! And just across Highway 17 is Eggs up Grill, and many nice boutique shops and a grocery store. We were not able to do this We were not made aware at the time of booking or when we arrived that maintenance work was being done which involved sanding down all balconies. At first we thought the layer of dust covering the balcony rails, furniture, windows and floor were from ocean mist and salt water. Very early the next morning the maintenance work started and clouds of dust appeared from other balconies and the noise sounded like a Jack hammer. Our final day involved workmen climbing on the balcony, moving furniture, sanding with a large floor sander, at least 1/2 inch of new dust, caution taped sliders to the balcony and then later a power blower moving dust around. The balcony was unusable, the view looking out from inside was cloudy with dust and privacy was lost. ##### Marianne L. With some attention to detail and care for the condo it could be truly amazing. However, right now it misses that mark. This one has so much going for it (condo layout is open concept and lovely, gorgeous views, and fantastic location). Easy communication with the rental company and very nice community amenities are also definitely a plus. The negatives are minor, but they add up and at this price point it matters. The property appears clean upon entry, but once you’re settled in you notice the worn and moderately stained furniture as well as places that were missed by the cleaning crew. It’s not filthy by any means, but it’s not fantastic. The kitchen is stocked with older appliances and dish ware that make cooking meals challenging. The bedding is thin and isn’t great quality and had us looking for additional blankets. I travel often and usually stay in VRBO properties. I’ve definitely experienced 5 star VRBO homes. The well maintained community grounds, very nice pool, easy beach access, and beautiful views are huge pros, but the cons are noticeable. ##### Holly M.
