Gourmet eat-in kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas range and pantry. Formal dining room as well as office on main floor. Four en suite bedrooms on the top floor. The ground level provides covered parking and the 5th bedroom (no bathroom located on this floor). Additional features include elevator to every floor, laundry room with utility sink, screened porch with adjacent sundeck and private backyard with woodland backdrop. Walk, bike or take the golf cart to the beach. Close proximity to Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, golf courses, local shops and restaurants. Historic Charleston is 80 miles south. Myrtle Beach is 20 miles north. An array of Resort Amenities include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, and Starbucks. Pet Friendly: Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. En suite bathrooms for all bedrooms was very nice for our group of middle aged golfers on a weekend golf getaway! Kitchen and living room very spacious and well-appointed. Very close to the Pawleys Island collection of nice golf courses: a 12-15 minute drive at most. Pleasantly surprised to find ample shopping/supermarkets very close by as well. Peaceful and quiet community location. Check-in was slightly clunky as the small managing realty company closes at 5 pm- but they did have a lockbox for us which worked out fine. The ad suggested you check in at the Resort? Not a big deal at all. Highly recommend the house! ##### Glen B.
