Located on the 17th Fairway of the Jack Nicklaus Signature True Blue Golf Resort, a Top 100 rated golf course, many say this condo has some of the best tranquil water views on the course from its inviting screened porch. Pawleys Island is a very private family-oriented beach on the South Carolina coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The beaches are never crowded. There are no big box stores, high-rise hotels, or condominium complexes. It is one of the oldest vacation communities in the U.S. There are plenty of other activities if you don't play golf, like tennis (courts on the Resort's property), sunbathing at one of several pools, or relaxing in the Hot Tub, all at True Blue. There are pristine beaches, gourmet restaurants, friendly bars, funky art shops, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, jet skiing, bicycling, walking, BROOKGREEN Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park (pass included), plus all kinds of shopping including the world-famous Pawley’s Island HAMMOCK Shops located close by. Our condo is a well-furnished 2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit that features vaulted ceilings and lots of space for golfers, girls’ getaway, and families. The primary bedroom features a King size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, full size dresser, a large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a Queen bed with a dresser, bedside tables, reading lamps, with a full bathroom (tub/shower) directly adjacent. The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee coffeemaker, and blender which will all help make your stay more pleasant. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. Have a BBQ on one of the outside charcoal grills! Relax on the sectional and watch the HDTV Smart flat screen television. A washer/dryer in the condo is also a convenient amenity for your exclusive use. The condo is located on the third floor. (There are no elevators in True Blue.) In addition, the unit features all bedding sheets and towels, starter supplies, Wi-Fi, and much more. This unit ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Pawleys Island. I booked it right away everything was quick and easy and the owners were very responsive. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. I was very thankful the Huntington Beach pass was included we got to go down a few mornings and walk the beach. Overall it was a very relaxing quiet much needed time away to unplug. ##### Brittany E. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The porch view overlooking the golf course was my favorite. In the mornings, I would eat breakfast on the porch, and the egrets would line up around the pond. Being able to watch wildlife from the porch was a beautiful part of my day. We have been visiting True Blue for many years and this condo was a great location with only a short walk to one of the 4 pools. We had a beautiful views of the greens and lake from the back screened in porch and enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the trees at night.
