This home is truly a treasure on Pawleys Island with its unique angle, allowing for fantastic ocean views and breezes. Located on large lot with plenty of old oaks and features a well equipped kitchen, creek dock, washer/dryer, and an amazing screen porch with hammock for relaxing and large table for Low Country Boil or family game night. This is a great house that will bring you back in time with all the modern amenities. Master bedroom features 1 King bed with newly renovated private bath. 2 large bedrooms upstairs are accessed through enclosed stairway on screened porch and features a Queen and Twin in the North bedroom and 1 Queen and 3 twin beds in the South bedroom. Upstairs also features 1 newly renovated full bath and 1 half bathroom. Central air and heat are located on the main floor while window a/c units cool the upstairs. Be sure to view the historic pictures on the wall in the living room, especially the one of the original workers who built the home. This home is pet friendly (non-refundable pet fee applies) and will allow Winter Rentals for the first floor only in the off season. Pet Friendly: Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking This house also features high speed WiFi internet. Jun 25, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Absolutely disgustingly dirty and run down house - do not rent! I am going to be honest, this house is completely unsanitary and a disgrace. I have been coming here for over 50 years and what has happened to this house is absolutely horrific. It was disgustingly dirty - cobwebs over every bed, open boxes of wine hidden in a bathroom closet, other closets were full of dirty shoes, towels, broken toys, dirty blankets and furniture throughout, broken screens, broken deck furniture that was rusted and could have seriously hurt someone, disgusting dirty kitchen that we couldn’t eat in, I could go on and on. The pet fee is absolutely absurd as we left the house cleaner than we found it. Every ac vent on the floor was so full of dust and grime and pet hair that we had to clean them. I honestly am so furious and disappointed. We had two toddlers and a 7 week old baby who all had serious congestion from the moldy dirty air. They would then be fine outside all day, which told us it was the house. Meanwhile Pawleys is still as wonderful as it always was so we didn’t complain while we were there we just spent as little time as possible in the house. This house should not be rented in it’s current condition.
