Indoors, the private floor plan provides two bedrooms on each side of the central common areas - two en suite bedrooms on the north side, and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the south side. Just about 10 houses away is the entrance to a wildlife beach preserve that goes for a mile - great for a dog to run or to just enjoy peace and quiet.
