We were happy to have the washer and dryer in the condo to wash our towels and clothes daily. The neighborhood pool is a few buildings down and you do not need a code to get in. The furniture had some light staining in the living room. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo.
