The fully equipped kitchen and living area are both located on the main floor. Balcony access from the living area. The second floor features a master king bedroom with bathroom. Second bedroom features two twins. Throughout the unit are 3 Cable TV's, Dishwasher, Microwave, Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Wireless Internet, and 2 Covered Parking Spots. Each floor at Litchfield Retreat has two laundry rooms with trash shoots. Litchfield Retreat offers a great second row location, a swimming pool, elevators, picnic/grill area and beach showers for rinsing off after a day on the beach. This property has a traditional drip coffee maker. Located on the 3rd floor above the parking garage. No smoking. No pets. Bed & bath linens included. Pool access. Nightly rentals available year round (monthly rentals available in the shoulder season). \*Please note that this property does not have a washer/dryer in the unit. This unit has not been updated: front door sticks and is very hard to open, carpet looks 30 years old, marks on wall, chairs and sofa as old as the carpet. I asked for another unit but decided to stay because we were only there for two more nights. The pool and location are awesome! You are right across the street from the beach. The pool was extremely clean and felt great. However I would not stay in this unit again. The king bed and deck were the highlights of the unit. There is also a foul odor on the stairs leading down to the parking lot. Unit has great potential but way past need for renovations. ##### Cary S.
