The lodging was clean, inviting, and stocked with all amenities. Restaurants were close by and shopping was available within a 10 minute drive. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting the beach while looking for a quiet place to stay. ##### willam H. The Villa was very nice, but the house keeping was not: upon arrival dishes and pots and pans were not well cleaned. The unit seems to need some upgrade. On our arrival, the dishwasher had standing water in the bottom with a horrible smell. It took a week to get someone in to "fix" it. We ended up having to hand wash our dishes. the door between the living area and the screened in porch has a doorknob that was broken. It needs replacement. Even though maintenance tried to fix it, it still was very difficult to open. All the sinks were very slow to drain and easily backed up. There is more but you get the idea. The place was clean and communication with the host/host team was easy. There was one issue with cleanliness of the kitchen faucet. The issue was reported to the host/host team and a representative arrived to tend to the issue (cleaned it). My family and I enjoyed the home and its location. The home is set up similar to a duplex with another conjoined unit. 0 issues. I never saw or heard anyone next door despite seeing another vehicle in the parking area. We would stay here again.
