Great ocean view condo for fun & “GOOD TIMES” This home has been through a complete remodel. It has all upscale furnishings, wood floors, and kitchen appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean view from this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Shipyard Village in the Litchfield by the Sea community. The master suite features floor to ceiling windows with a great ocean view, a king bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a TV. The master bedroom has a connecting newly renovated bathroom with a new tub and separate shower. One guest room has a queen bed, nightstand, full dresser, and a 40-inch TV. The other fun filled guest room features 2 bunk beds. Most renters say that this room is an absolute kids heaven. It has an area with a flat screen TV for gaming/movies. Both guest rooms have a convenient vanity/sink area in each room. The family room has the most amazing view of the ocean with a 55' flat screen. This amazing area has a huge sectional that screams COMFORT. You will find that this family room is connected to a well-stocked kitchen and wet bar for great conversation. Great sunrises over the ocean can be seen on the deck as you drink your early morning coffee. (This area seems to be some of our guest's favorite feature of the condo.). The deck has a new "high top" table and chair set along with a glider. Amenities include: 4 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, surround sound, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide a newly installed ice maker. Our past guests really like the extra ice maker. Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, highchair, playpen, Keurig coffee maker, reserved parking, and central AC/heat. We pride ourselves on the new/ upscale furniture throughout. All Linens are included with 8 bath towels and fresh sheet sets at no extra charge. Your fresh clean beds will be ready and waiting on your arrival. Departure cleaning fee is included in price. We proudly provide a Downstairs storage closet that includes several beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and even a tent for your beach fun. Everything provided is intended to cut down on your packing to come to the beach. We certainly want to offer all the convenience possible. Our condo is located in the LITCHFIELD BT THE SEA community. As a guest, you will have access to the miles of bike/jogging paths, the community also has a public fishing and crabbing dock. The location of the community is right in between Pawley's Island and Murrel's Inlet. This location allows you the opportunity to explore many eating options. No Smoking and No Pets. The pool does close for the off season. Dates vary from year to year and can be provided per your request. NOTE: Google maps is incorrect. We are not 6 minutes from the beach, we are actually just steps to the beach)) Location - Oceanfront. Just WOW! This place is incredible. We will stay again, no question about that. Beautiful condo that was spotless. So many extras from crockpot to spices/seasonings to tupperware to tinfoil to pitchers. If you needed it, it was there. The beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. We loved the bunkbed option! The large couch is extremely comfortable, so much so we napped there often. A beautiful view from the deck and master bedroom. Sinks in every room, whoch is actually quite nice. Now, the bathrooms... I love a walk in shower and these were gorgeous, clean, spacious and had great shampoo/conditioner and soap that is not the normal cheap stuff. The master has a tub you could swim in.We didnt use the baby stuff but it is clean and in good shape if you need it. Games galore, roku tv, even has chairs, coolers, etc to take to the beach and the walkway to the beach is right outside the condo. Extremely close and convenient. This is a BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN and WONDERFUL place to stay.Theres also an extremely handy book the owner has complied with all you need to know about the area in it. It has a partial view of the ocean and beach, which are just a short walk away. The beach is quite wide at low tide, sandy and walkable. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys that are provided. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. There is an elevator and plenty of luggage carts. The one issue that arose was quickly and easily resolved. The pool area has 2 pools and a hot tub, but not a kiddie pool, though the smaller pool has a shallow end. We were a grandparent, 2 parents, and 2 children, ages 4 and 5, and we all had a great time. If you're planning to do much cooking in the unit, be aware that all the knives are serrated, so you might want to bring one or two knives for paring and chopping. ##### Elizabeth W. Comfortable, spacious, beautifully appointed and decorated. Close proximity to the beach, wonderful views. Mattresses were first rate. The general area is very nice too, lots of great restaurants and shopping. We had a family emergency, and the owners were very understanding and accommodating. I would stay there again for sure. We've stayed at many condos along the Grand Strand over the years and have never been met with so much assistance and welcome!
