The refrigerator had spills not cleaned up. The bar stools were wobbly as to not feel comfortable sitting on them. The sectional in the den needs to be cleaned of stains. In general it is a very nice place but the deck furniture and seating, except for Pawleys chairs, needs to be addressed. The room downstairs has a very musty smell and bath needs updating. The house is older, but very clean, nicely decorated, and has lots of amenities. We had an issue with the stove top and they came out and fixed it asap. The golf cart was a great addition!
