Featuring a spacious, open living area, modern kitchen, and cozy bedrooms, it's perfect for relaxing getaways. Enjoy outdoor porches, nearby beaches, golf and local attractions. With modern amenities, peaceful setting and location, it’s your ideal retreat to explore and unwind on historic Pawleys Island. This is a new 2025 house that is a short bike ride away or a leisurely walk to the beach! It takes less than 5 minutes in a car to get to the beach access. The primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch TV, and en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, walk-in closet, 43-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom along with a twin-size sleeper chair. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full-size and the other twin-size. It also has a 43-inch TV. The 4th bedroom consists of a trundle bed/couch, a gaming bean bag chair, a 50-inch TV with a PlayStation and Xbox for the gamers. The 3rd full bathroom is attached to this bedroom. The living space upstairs is an open floor plan, with a large sectional couch, two reclining chairs, a 75-inch TV, dining table that fits up to 10 people. A well-appointed kitchen, all brand new appliances including a gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker for a coffee pot or single cups, blender, toaster, crockpot among other things. Ground floor patio has a gas grill and small table/chairs to grill outside. Upstairs deck has a seating area. So cozy, clean, and convenient to all the things! We needed to communicate with the owner a few times and they were always available and quick to respond.
