This is a great condo located on the north end of Bridgewater. Beautiful ocean views in this beach front, updated condo in immaculate condition! This is a one bedroom condo with a king sized bed and a double Murphy bed. New flat screen TVs, new table and cabinet under TV, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, furnishings and new appliances. New HVAC installed January 2025\. Indoor pool, locker rooms and now outdoor pool deck will be totally redone for 2024 season. Don't miss this opportunity! Litchfield is located just a 70 mile drive for a historic day trip to Charleston, SC or a 25 mile drive to the attractions of Myrtle Beach. Litchfield by the Sea offers private beach access and beach clubhouse, fishing/crabbing piers, miles of walking trails, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts and more! This unit does not have a dishwasher in the unit and washer/dryer services are located within the Bridgewater Building on the 2nd floor. This property has a Keurig. On 1st floor above parking garage. No smoking. No pets. Bed & bath linens included. No motorcycles, RVs, campers, buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS community. This unit overall is nice. Has most of what we needed but we did have a few issues. Upon arrival, the bed was half made, my son went to use the restroom and immediately stepped on a small piece of glass that cut his foot. Luckily it was not bad enough to seek care. I’m not sure who the cleaning crew is but they did a subpar job. When making the Murphy bed, the blanket provided had red stains on them. I don’t want to think what the stains are unfortunately. The floors had dirt and grime on them and there were several bugs. Make sure you bring your own large trashcan because the one in the unit is super small so you will have to empty it multiple times a day. Extra trash bags are also not included so go ahead and pick up an extra box for those as well. I would also like to note that this unit advertises accommodating four people however there are only two chairs at the dining table. That was a little frustrating as it would’ve been nice to have been able to have all four of us sit at the table to enjoy dinner. Since we checked in on a Saturday, we were not allowed to reach out to anybody unless it was an absolute emergency until Monday. You will be charged for non-emergent after hours calls. The filters in the AC unit were disgusting and anyone with allergies will definitely have an issue. I will say that when I called to report the AC filters being dirty, someone came very quickly. If you are the type that likes to work out on vacation, just go ahead and book through Litchfield as you will not have access to the resorts gym. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us though. As noted in the other reviews, the sliding back door does not lock. Storage in the bathrooms would be great as there currently is none. A few extra pots and pans for cooking would be nice as well. Oh and the lock for the room itself does not automatically lock like others so you must make sure it’s locked when you are coming and going. There are some fun games provided that we had fun playing which was nice when it rained. Overall, we are happy with our stay and hope that it this is taken as constructive criticism. ##### Jamie T. The place looks just like the pictures! The building is older but the renovations in the condo were great. It was the perfect size for just the three of us. It was very clean, quiet and literally a few feet away from the ocean and pool. The only suggestion I have is to add a lock to the back glass door since it was only able to be “locked” with the wood bar wedged between the wall and door.
