Family-friendly beach house captures the Lowcountry charm with pecky Cypress paneling, hardwood floors and front porch with rockers beneath the shade of a beautiful live oak. Features family room, game loft, wood-burning fireplace, propane grill, outdoor dining sets and screened porch. Active families will delight in this quiet beachside neighborhood located near the popular bike path to Huntington Beach State Park.

SECOND FLOOR: (3 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 KING, 2 SINGLES, 2 full baths, loft with game table.

AMENITIES: Cable TVs-3 (all Roku), wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, booster seat, pack-n-play, ceiling fans, fireplace, TV den, 4-top game table, washer/dryer, covered parking, gas grill, 2 outdoor dining sets, front porch, screened porch, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower w/ changing room, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach.

2023 UPDATES: All bathrooms fully renovated, new bedroom flooring, common area hardwood floors refinished, new kitchen island and countertops, fresh paint throughout. 

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings.  

GOLF CARTS are a fun and convenient way to shuttle the family to and from the beach. Call and ask us about golf cart rentals in our area.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or Huntington Beach State Park to explore the vibrant estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe.

Making our daughter’s dream come true

Our daughter had a dream that we went to the beach during our month long “summer camp” with her 4 boys. We found this property on VRBO and it seemed to be what we needed for our group. She wanted to invite her best friend since college and her family to stay with us also. We had a fabulous time-all 5 adults and 6 kids! The house was perfect with plenty of space for all and comfortable like home. The kids really enjoyed the concrete ground level under the house to scooter and bike around, even on a rainy day. The neighborhood was quiet and walking to the beach not a hazard with 6 kids. The beach was great, quiet and peaceful, and we had fun catching fish, jelly fish, starfish, crabs and playing in the sand and waves. Many happy memories were made on this dream come true vacation!

Great for Family Especially in a Pandemic

A little over a block from a quiet stretch of beach, this house had lots of space inside and out to socially distance. We brought the family bubble with us and with the different ages and bedtimes everyone could get to sleep and wake up without disturbance. We biked, cooked out on the new grill and made it to the beach twice a day even with a tropical storm off the coast. We even had one who was doing virtual work from the beach. Great Place for grandparents, parents and grandkids.

New Year's Eve getaway

This house has everything we were looking for...bedrooms for everyone, close to the beach, cable TV to watch sports, parking for our cars and a fireplace. We had a great time. One thing, you might want to add fireplace tools. We managed, but could have used a poker or tongs.
