Ahead of our stay, Barbara (Barb) was super responsive and flexible with a change in our dates and check in times. I know she can't always afford flexibility but she did where she could, which was appreciated.Waze directions worked perfectly and the check in procedure was very easy. The house is very nice, comfortable and welcoming. The views from the west facing bedrooms of the marsh was very cool (each had a patio). Barb had homemade brownies waiting for us on the counter and those lasted the stay because of how many there were but we made a nice dent immediately. They were tasty. We have been visiting Pawley's Island for 20 years and never knew this area existed. The house has a canal type water feature both in front and behind the house which is really beautiful, scenic, peaceful, unique and makes for a very unique rental. The house is beautiful. It's very clean and it's super close to everything in Pawley's including all the restaurants and shopping. It's also 2 streets from the beach and there is easy beach access.
