A short block from the beach, this two-story home resides on the prized south end and east side of the tidal canal. Each floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, four bedrooms, and two full baths – plus a new full bath now makes 3 full baths downstairs. Rich knotty-pine walls, hardwood floors, and cathedral ceilings define the character of the top floor. Most rooms have a king bed with only 2 bedrooms with twins. Most have a shared bathroom that are all modernized. ( BTW, great water pressure and hot water!!) Two very large entertainment rooms that we all could watch football in. Kitchens adequate with modern appliances. Beach 1 block away with easy access. Room for 4 cars. Shopping 5 minutes.
