Great walkway to the convention center from the hotel. Good pool for the kids.

The golf courses are some of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The pool was fun. It was too bad it rained so much, is the only negative.

What you would expect from a four star hotel, friendly staff. Good environment and great location to get whatever you need in downtown.

The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them. Complete wasted opportunity to turn a bad night into a delightful experience for the customer.

Biggest issue was understanding the parking. While the check in agent showed "photos" of where to self park, I still was confused. Signs in the garage conflicted with each other
