21c Museum Hotel Durham
10/10 Excellent
"Not just a place to stay. The Museum Hotel in Durham brings you in. This old bank building with strict exterior and vast spaces holds a wealth of fantastic art.
The bar was a perfect place to destress while awaiting test results and Sharri made exceptional expressions of a Martini and an Old Fashioned that hit to the heart of doing something simple with care.
The art exhibit was extraordinary in the power that was communicated. Coming from Cuban ancestry, I associated deeply with the wealth of Cuban themes in the art."
"We have stayed at a number of properties the past two weeks and this one was by far the BEST and far exceeded all expectations! The home is very clean and cozy. Everything even down to the light switches were clearly marked so we had no questions at all as to how to find anything or operate anything within the home. The decor was beautiful and felt very cozy. The location was excellent. If I could give this 10 stars I would. Would love to stay here again and my two teenagers agree!"
