Cozy Cabin/guest house on 5 acres of fenced private land. It has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and 1 bath. A microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, crockpot, BBQ grill, and coffee pot exist. There is a mini-split air conditioner-heater for climate comfort. A rustic cantina, with a firepit, and lots of room to relax. Close to state land, in a quiet neighborhood. 2-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, and 40 minutes from Prescott! We have 3 horses on the property. This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our dog was able to enjoy the fenced in property and even got to meet a few horses. There is a super cool western saloon-like building on the property where you can hang out and have drinks! The house was very clean and comfortable. One of the best stays we’ve ever had!
