This holiday home also comes equipped with some of the must-haves including Freeview, WiFi and of course a BBQ. When summer hits, this is the place to call home. Nespresso machine on hand to start your day off right before heading down to the beach just a few mins stroll from your front door or maybe take the bicycle out for a ride. Then when you get home, wash off the sand and sea under the outdoor shower! In the colder months spent indoor chilling out Patton's Place has you covered too - With a Smart TV, an Xbox, a Chromecast and Table Tennis Table all to keep you and your group entertained. Located at the south-eastern corner of Pauanui ensure a bit of both worlds. In a peaceful neighbourhood but not too far from the local amenities - just a few minutes drive to the local cafes and restaurants. Everything you need for an excellent Pauanui getaway - Head to Patton's Place! Please note that downstairs bedroom has external access only. The King beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 are zip linked and can each be split into twin singles if required. The bach was fantastic. The amenities were all in great condition and everything was clearly well looked after.
