This well-positioned, sun-filled retreat is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind by the sea. The split-level layout provides both space and privacy, allowing everyone to relax and recharge after a day at the beach.  
  
Inside, the open-plan living area is light and comfortable, with inviting seating and a TV for entertainment in any weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, plus a coffee machine, blender, and cake mixer for those who enjoy cooking or baking while away.  
  
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including one with a bath, offer flexible accommodation for groups and families. A separate laundry with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board ensures everything you need for longer stays is on hand.  
  
At the rear of the property, the Pauanui airfield adds a unique aspect, particularly appealing to small aircraft enthusiasts. Its central location means you can walk or cycle easily to local amenities. The beach is directly across the road, and shops, cafés, playgrounds, tennis courts, mini golf, and the skate park are all within easy reach.  
  
You're also well placed to explore the wider Coromandel region, with popular destinations such as Cathedral Cove, Hahei, Hot Water Beach, and Whangamatā all a short drive away. Closer to home, Pauanui’s network of walkways and bike trails offers safe, scenic routes through this much-loved holiday spot.  
  
Beachfront Landing is relaxed, practical, and perfectly positioned—a welcoming base to enjoy all that Pauanui has to offer.
