From Casa Sciro you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the surrounding buildings. Casa Sciro is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the heart of Marina San Gregorio, where you will find a restaurant, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (the rocky Marina di San Gregorio beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Casa Sciro from the main entrance of the building going up a route that cuts through the patio and includes approximately eight stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Sciro. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Please kindly note. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio, going down approximately eight steps, through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with checkered red and white tiles.
