From Casa Ria B you will enjoy a nice view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea. Casa Ria B is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features two private terraces, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access. You will be in the heart of Marina San Gregorio, where you will find a restaurant, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (the rocky Marina di San Gregorio beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Casa Ria B walking past a main entrance gate and going up approximately seven stairway steps. You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ria B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Please kindly note. Entrance LevelLiving Room The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle.
