For those looking for a completely relaxing holiday but at the same time close to the sea, this villa is an ideal solution, with its terraces, its well-kept garden and its wide spaces. The entire villa, private and exclusive, is located in a stately context within a residential complex, in a quiet area but still 5 minutes walk from the town center. Spread over three levels with a total floor area of 200 square meters and consists of a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, complete with TV corner, reading area with sofa, laundry room, sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, bathroom with tub and hydromassage shower, terrace overlooking the sea and a bedroom with living room, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. For those who love an independent holiday, with maximum freedom, the villa is the ideal choice for your holidays. Yasmine Maria's house is located in Patti, Sicily, Italy. Outside the building, just a few steps away, there is a shopping center, gyms, a refueling station, bar and tobacconist. A 5-minute walk takes you to the promenade of Marina di Patti with its vast beach that stretches out towards a crystalline and transparent sea, equipped lidos, a free and paying playground, various characteristic bars, bars, pubs and ice cream parlors, as well as a post office and bank; 10 minutes walk to the train station. Among the places of interest nearby: Aeolian Islands (easily reachable by motorboat), Sanctuary and Greek Theater of Tindari, lakes of Marinello, Milazzo, Cefalú, Taormina, historic center of Patti with its ancient Cathedral and the archaeological area of the Villa Roman 4th century AD C. At 150 meters from the hotel there is the bus stop that connects the town with the neighboring countries, shuttle to Catania airport (in the summer months). During the summer it is possible to take tours with a panoramic tourist bus that runs along the most interesting part of the Tyrrhenian coast with stops at Patti and Patti Marina. In the area there are nature trails for those who enjoy hiking and long walks. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Lage ist ruhig in einer Einfamilienhaus Wohngegend, das Meer nur wenige Gehminuten in Sichtweite (von den Balkonen) entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung sehr gut, inkl. aller Küchenutensilien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit frischen Handtüchern, Laken, den weltbesten sizilianischen Keksen und tollen Reisetipps versorgt.
