The Villa has all the luxury that you will need for an amazing holiday in Thailand. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the 'nightlife' and 'shopping' area. The well maintained villa in 'Thai-Bali style', is build to European standards with double walls, quality hardware in 2010 and have an European kitchen, cable TV, DVD, safe, Internet, luxurious bathroom(s), air conditioning, living room, terrace, king size beds and a lot more for your fantastic holiday. There's a beautiful private swimming pool and for the Penthouse a Jacuzzi, the water temperature is always comfortable. All the rooms are well decorated in a modern Asian style. There is a lot of space to relax. When you decide to cook by yourself, there is a modern kitchen with a big design refrigerator. Guests of the penthouse can not use the pool downstairs Up to 4 people. Walking to the beach is a challenge due to tight roads and many motor scooters but using Grab or taxi services solves the issue. The Villa is exactly like the photos it is absolutely breathtaking any issues we had were handled immediately by Joy. Rose was an absolute angel and was at our place every day cleaning and tidying. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again being able to have a dip in the pool every morning and evening or whenever you wanted was idyllic. ##### Vicki R. Great communication with Customer Service Joy and lovely housekeeper Lou. Very helpful and accommodating. Villa was a great home base in Pattaya. A little out of the way but nice break from busy city centre, which was a 20 min walk. Villa was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Only downside was that there is a large Reno going on across the alley way, so there was loud construction most days. Would definitely recommend to others! ##### Stephanee H.
