Avoid at all cost. I booked but hotel was closed. I didn't get a refund. I tried to call their telephone but no one picked up. So stay away from this place. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know why Hotel.com still has this available on their site. I couldn't even speak to a Hotel.com customer service. All directed to automated responses.

I have been here loads of times, staff are awesome, really clean. I see some reviews that are not the best for this place. That said I think if you remember it's a 3 star not 5 rated hotel, for the price your not gonna go to far wrong.

While staying at the little hotel, I've got tortured by those bedbugs, fleas or lice for 2 full weeks at the room #, B 20. On the 2nd day, I requested to change it to another room, but the owner/manager, Dixie, a nasty and very unkind little Thai woman, wouldn't let me; so on the 5th day, I brought a Doctor's slip from Pattaya International Hospital, saying I've got bedbugs bites all over on my both legs, which are visible and very obvious; but, believe it or not, she still wouldn't let me change another room, despite of several vacant rooms were available; of course, I had my own mosquito netting when I went to sleep at night. On the 2nd day, I asked Dixie to talk to a manager there; her answer was, the manager was out of town and coming back in 2 days; on the 5th day, when I requested again, she said the manager went to Bangkok and coming back the following day late afternoon; but on the same day, I found out she's the very owner ! According to herself, Dixie, she's been running the hotel for 14 years, and she never had any bedbug's problem; but you wouldn't let me change to another room, even with the Doctor's prescription ?? When she said 'No bedbugs' problem', I replied that, about 3 months ago, last December I've been to Bangkok and stayed at Oasis Inn Bangkok for 2 full weeks, and they never had to clean my room, due to my request, yet I had no mosquito or/and bugs problem; my room so clean, the manager, Kim told me, she'd give me a discount if I come next time.

What a beautiful oasis!
A totally underrated oasis in a perfect location! Tidy bungalows dotted around a poodle pool in a tropical awesome garden. Highly recommended.

Good 3 star resort
Stayed at beach gardens many times. Main residence and bungelows. Have 2 friends that will only stay there when in Pattaya. Very good value for your money. Location is just off the main road therefore no traffic noise, and fumes.

Lovely little hotel
Comfortable weeks stay in a bungalow. Pool area was small but well maintained and clean. Can not comment on food as we didn't eat here but in the many restaurants in Naklua. A 5 minute walk to Terminal 21 and Dolphin Roundabout for baht buses. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you

cater for every need
For me the sky sports,soccer and golf ,the english channels ,the strong wi fi ,and the salt pool made me want to stay again.It's a short walk to shops and cheap eats and baht taxis to beach and Pattaya.

This hotel is remote you can not walk there from the main pattaya area as it is not safe room door not secure a/c does not cool and showe're rubbish we checked out after 1 night rate 3 out of ten

You must go wrong of hotel! We are 150m from the main street and where the "Songtaew" and motorbike taxi pass. Our hotel is safe, rooms are equipped with safe and there is a guard day and night ...

Hopeless facilities
On arrival we discovered there was no Restaurant and no breakfast facilities which was on their website / also no tea or coffee / no cups / no jug in the room / had to ask for coffee cups which were chipped on the edges / they supplied a Hot water urn in the foyer / we had to buy our own coffe etc / after 1 day I asked reception staff for an extra pillow of which they said would cost 100 baht / they were going to obviously pocket that money / the next day we asked the owner for an extra pillow and they supplied / also no towels for the Pool / the Pool is good / the rooms are old and need upgrading / especially the bathroom /

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry for your disappointment, but when you have booked it is clearly stated that breakfast is not included. Regarding the supplements, it's like all hotels, but we charge only at the cost.

It's Okay
The hotel is quite far away from Pattaya beach. North Pattaya Beach which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel is not that happening place. I got the room that's near the parking lot, and the internet connection was really poor. I wish the staff were trained well to deal with the customers nicely.

Ok budget choice in quieter part of Pattaya
Mixed feelings about this property. I liked the garden feel of the bungalows, but they first put us in a run-down bungalow next to the parking lot that didn't have working AC. The older friendly Thai lady manager changed us to another one closer to the pool that was in much better condition, although I wonder why they didn't place us there in the first place as they only seemed to be about half-full that day. The other young Thai female employee was much more abrasive and less friendly. Location was good as it was 2 blocks from the main road to catch the song-thaews to walking street, as well as a 10 minute walk to quiet Naklua beach. Downside is that it's on a road that gets heavy tour bus traffic, so those can be noisy as they roar down the street in the mornings. Bed was also rather hard even for me, with dim lighting in the rooms. Bungalow seemed to have a decent wall in between rooms (2 per bungalow) and comfortable outside area to chill in the evenings with a bench, chair and table. Overall a decent choice if you want to stay in a quieter part of Pattaya for a budget price.

This is home. This is the best and most affordable place to stay and Clean. Its is the best location. 10 Baht gets you anywhere and you can walk to everything and is not crowded.

Great place
Staff very welcoming do anything for you to make stay more enjoyable. Location is perfect close to main drinking area but far enough to be quiet and get some rest.
