My only main issues I had was I could not get anybody’s attention at reception one night for our room key and landed up going next door to the bar for an hour !!! My second issue was we were in the first floor (not the ground floor and being main road facing was very noisy in the mornings. The area is very Russian (ish) but relatively quiet. The area is good for disabled as the roads are relatively quiet and very wide.
