Reception was clean and staff were friendly that's where it ended. The room was in need of repair and modernisation. It was not a hotel for families or genuine couples. The area was smelly and full of unattractive tourism from Westerners. I requested new ones from the housekeeper who was on the floor and she offered even dirtier ones. Entire room was filthy and bathroom condition was horrible. We checked out immediately even though payment was non refunded. This hotel needs maintenance. It needs to be shut down by public health authorities. Sorry but it’s true! The only good thing about this hotel is the location - on Centre Road literally 2 mins from the front/beach. Extremely old hotel and very run-down. Never worth the price they charge which isn't a lot. Doors & Balcony Sliders do not shut/lock properly. Linen, Towels etc very old, broken etc. Bed, carpet & Room furniture many decades old and very worn. Dodgy Electrics. Dirty Fridge. Obviously no attempt made at modernisation at all & simply a cash-cow. AVOID..... Find somewhere else next time. Only picked this place for location and the pool.the last time I stayed in pattayta I had walk along way and no pool.
