The swimming pool is also clean and good. One thing is that there was a room where the air conditioner did not work, which was a little inconvenient. There was a little problem with the water drain pipe. The villa is good, but it is located inside, so transportation is a bit inconvenient. The Villa location is very difficult to find even for a Thai person. It is located in a hidden back alley and you will need to have your own transportation as it will be very inconvenient to find taxis. The check in is done at another sales office so you will have to pick up and drop off the keys yourself. The Villa is in a bad shape and remodelling is needed. The furnitures are mostly broken and not useable. Overall staying here is perfect, the villa furnished with full household utilities is very convenient. However, the check out time which was strictly punctual at 11:00 am (too early), we have to spend more money if we would like to extend for 1,000 THB/hour.
