The location is good, in a quiet side soi, about 10-12 min walk to Beach Road and about 15 min walk to Big C the other way towards Pattaya 3rd Rd. The rooms are spacious and clean, the double beds are large and comfortable and the bathroom and shower are ok. However, the building suffers from internal noise sometimes (i.e. noisy neighbors) . Also the wifi has been hit or miss (mostly "miss") depending on what floor you're on.
