Laguna Beach Resort 3 the Maldives is a spectacular and luxurious resort provides residents with many first class facilities, including a recreational area of ​​15,000 sq m, and a stunning 5,000 sq m Maldives themed lagoon pool running through the entire complex. There are 3 pool areas with landscaped islands, boardwalks, gazebo relaxation areas, jacuzzi's, waterfalls, water-slides and 3 white sand beaches! In addition residents can benefit from fully-equipped fitness centers, luxurious open-air lobby areas, massage and spa service, children's go-kart track, tree-houses, tree-top pavilions, and a putting green; along with shops, bars and restaurants.  
  
This complex is ideally located, in Central Jomtien, close to Thepprasit Road, where you can find a host of amenities, and approximately an 8 minute drive from Jomtien Beach where you will find a host of amenities including restaurants, shops, bars and a range of water sports along its 6 km beautiful sandy beach!
