Discover the luxury of our beautiful villa with private pool, located just minutes from lively Pattaya. With its bustling shopping centres, wonderful nightlife, and beautiful beaches, this location is the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.  
  
The villa is tastefully decorated and fully equipped to meet all your needs. The large L-shaped living room (80m2) offers a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a spacious dining table. The kitchen (20m2) is equipped with all modern conveniences such as a large fridge, ice maker, freezer, gas hob, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and washing machine. There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms available, of which the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower and toilet. The other bedrooms each have a double bed and an en suite bathroom with toilet and shower.  
  
The villa's outdoor space is as impressive as its interior. The spacious terrace, accessible from the living room, is equipped with a large table and chairs, a BBQ and fans for some cooling on hot days. By the pool, you can enjoy the outdoor shower, comfortable sunbeds and beach chairs. The large garden is surrounded by tropical plants, palm trees and a quaint gazebo, ideal for outdoor relaxation.  
  
Located in a guarded compound, the villa is on a through road where you will find several supermarkets, local markets, delicious restaurants, pubs and cosy bars within walking distance. A hot bakery for your daily fresh bread is not lacking in the area either. For your convenience, transport is not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance.  
  
The beds are made, towels are waiting for you and the house is cleaned daily for your ultimate holiday experience. Choose to stay in this beautiful villa and enjoy everything Pattaya has to offer to the fullest.
