Not worth it!! Waste of money!! Stayed in the new wing, felt like a large concrete cell! Other dislikes!! - Only bath towels provided (no hand towels etc) - Breakfast only runs to 10:30 AM - Staff didn't tell me that renovations were to happen on my floor, I had construction workers banging with a hammer in the room next door at 8am in the morning. Terrible stay!! Won't stay here again!!

Wir durften nicht um 14 Uhr ins Zimmer sondern erst um 15 Uhr.. Zimmer Karte wurde nicht gefunden.. Die Reservierung wurde nicht gefunden.. Im Zimmer angekommen Doppelbett bestellt und es zwei singel Betten.. Dusche war verstopft so das Wasser sich im Badezimmer breit machte.. Dann war noch die air condition defekt..Über unseren Zimmer würde renoviert so das die Bohrmaschine fast bei uns im Zimmer war... Katastrophe.. Ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen 😣😣😣😣😣😣

The hotel is in a good location about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants and bars in the area. Room was big, quiet, and clean.

Let me tell you this property is perfect for staying in Pattaya! Close to all the action and the hotel staff is top notch! They washed my suit in the washer and it was damaged beyond repair (these things happen) but to my surprise gave me a full refund on my suit!!! Unreal! Hotels never do this! Thank you Sunbeam! I will definitely be back!’ :)

Card machine doesn't work. Staff attitude was not good. Didn't want to give a receipt after paying. Bathroom was so small for a so call 4star hotel. No toothbrush provided. Room look old. It's more like a guesthouse.

The property is in the center of a busy area. Easy to walk to the beach. The front desk staff were friendly. The issues: The WiFi was unusable in the room. The bigger issue was that someone else had received a key card to our room and opened it while we were inside changing. Good that we had also added the latch on so they couldn’t fully open it. The front desk called to check in and then when I stepped out of the room, I could not get back in as they had de activated our card as well. Was a bit of a hassle to go and reactivate it.

Good Points: Rooms were big and there was a good amount of plug sockets. Lifts were good so no unnecessary waiting around. Good location. Good wifi. Swimming pool was nice. Staff were always pleasant and nice. Bad Points: Bad housekeeping. Room not properly cleaned on my arrival. Fridge was leaking. The porter called housekeeping from my room to tell them about it and they never came. Always had to ask for towels and toilet paper to be replaced because they'd never do it when they cleaned the room. Took them about 6 days to start getting it right. Must of been a different maid. Ants in bathroom, told housekeeping, nothing done. Toilet kept blocking up so had to call housekeeping (good job their number was on speed dial). No complimentary shower gel. They have a 'Bath Foam' which is useless. The mini bar had about 3-4 drinks in it. 2 bottles of water, 1 coke and something else. To make it worse my fridge didn't work properly it was useless for me. The bed was so hard and it was on a tilt so that didn't help. I like a firm mattress but when you lay on your side and can feel it on your hip then that's not comfort to me. Summary: It's not the worst hotel in the world and it could just be that i got unlucky with my room BUT there's no way that this hotel is worth the money it's charging. I got a really good deal on it and i still think it was overpriced. I'll be going back to my usual hotel on Soi 8. Definitely better value for money than this place.

Hotel was average and well priced. Room cleaning very poor. Items were left on the bathroom floor for 5 days. Used shampoo bottle left in the shower base for 5 consecutive days. General room tidying was poor and very little attention to detail.

A delight of stay, a beautiful hotel located in the center of the main street and first line to the beach, spacious and exceptionally beautiful deluxe rooms, the most charming staff I knew was nice and helpful to every request a highly recommended hotel

I had a great stay everything was made very easy from the moment i arrived greeted with a class of juice everything was taken car of paid for my stay got the key to my room and off we went no, i had some loud ppl next to me once i mentored it i was moved the next morning which made the rest of my stay all that much better plus i got better views than where i was to start with than u so much to everyone that made my stay a wonderful stay, i shall return agai.
