Alles in allem sehr gut, Preisleistung top. Gym gut ausgestattet, schöner Pool, sauberes modernes Zimmer mit Wlan und TV. Freundliche Rezeption, wenn was nicht klappte haben sich die Damen sofort gekümmert. Gerne wieder.

Vi checkade ut efter 2h. Har aldrig kommit in på ett smutsigare hotellrum. Var fläckar i sängen och luktade mögel. Blev svart under sockarna när man gick på golvet och låg cigarettfimpar på den franska balkongen som luktade helt in på rummet.

Stor likgiltlighet för hur gästen har det Frukosten betalades extra men blev bara erbjuden ägg och inget mer, ville vi ha något mer måste vi betala för det. AC ur fuktion, stop i toaletten som inte åtgärdades så efter 4 timmar gav vi upp och lämnade det hotellet och tog in på ett mycket bra hotell istället. VARNAR FÖR DET HOTELLET

DON'T STAY AT THIS SO CALLED HOTEL

You can take the advise of this review or ignore it, its up to you. This is not a hotel in any way it's a residance. The front staff absolutely dont care. My internet was not working, I asked them 3 times to fix it, they never did. I had to ask over and over again to clean my room, finally at 7pm they cleaned my room. The fitness center is hot as hell so it's hard to workout. And the BED IS HARD AS A ROCK, I couldn't sleep for the 2 nights that I was there. A dead cockroach in the hallway for 2 days that wasn't removed. The location is in the middle of no where and stray dogs everywhere. I was so happy when I left. Its was the worse experience I ever had... now it's up to you if you want to stay.. good luck !!

Gemischt genutzte Anlage mit Stärken und Schwächen

Da die Anlage noch relativ Neu ist war auch noch alles recht gut in Schuss. Hier und da die kleinen Mängel, wo man sich als Deutscher denkt "wer hat da bloß die Abnahme gemacht?" wie z.B. ein Verkehrt herum angeklebter Haken im Bad. Grundsätzlich etwas fehl-geplant ist das Fitnesscenter mit Sauna und Dampfbad im Untergeschoss dieses "Gewächshauses" am Pool. Zum einen heizt sich dieser Glaskasten in der Mittags- und Nachmittagssonne so auf, dass die Klimaanlage selbst mit einer dazugestellten nicht dagegen ankommen. Zum Anderen ist die Treppe runter zu Toiletten und Sauna mit extremer Kopfstoßgefahr versehen. Der Durchgang ist sogar so niedrig, dass es keinen Großen Europäer braucht um sich den Schädel anzuhauen. Die Geräte im Fittnessbereich waren jedoch Top in Schuss. ein weitere kleiner Abzug für den extrem unregelmäßigen Roomservice. Mal klopfte es um 10 Uhr morgens, mal erst nach 16 Uhr. Das Personal freundlich und entgegenkommend, nur man konnte sich halt schwer darauf einstellen. ist ggf. der Tatsache geschuldet, dass die Anlage gemischte Condo Eigentümer, Condo Langzeitmieter und Kurzzeitgäste beherbergt, die unterschiedliche Servicepakete nachfragen. Da man auch die Keycard beim Verlassen nicht abgibt fällt die Steuerung des Roomservice wohl etwas schwer. Positiv, dagegen, dass man die Klima weiter laufen lassen kann wenn man den Room verlässt und so auch wieder in ein klimatisiertes Zimmer zurückkehrt. Umgebung nicht schön, aber Infrastruktur vorhanden.

Take your own towels and toilet paper with you!

I have stayed at CCR previously and never had any issues. This vacation I stayed here for 6 nights, with problems nearly every day with my room getting cleaned and fresh towels etc. Firstly, I arrived after 3pm and it took 35 mins for the reception to find me an available room. They initially took us to a room that was still not made up and looked as though the previous guests had left that day. I was given new room which was clean and tidy. The following day the cleaner never arrived until 5.15pm. The day after, the room was cleaned but no toilet paper or towels provided. The following day again no toilet paper, but our dirty (make-up) and wet towels had been folded and placed on the bed! Spoke with reception at 11.45am and came back to our room at 7.45pm and still no clean towels. The swimming pool and fitness area is very modern and clean, but it's a shame with the lack of helpfulness from the hotel staff and obviously aren't interested in meeting guests needs when kindly asked.

Nice hotel unfriendly staff

Nice hotel doesn't get much sun with the layout off the building. Staff at reception are very rude not welcoming at all need to get new staff I think that want to work.
