If you are looking for a reasonable-priced clean quiet comfort room, look no further. We like it because it is away from the "actions" as we are not party animals. The hotel is located in a dead-end street so they are not many road noise. The hotel is still in a developping area with half finished building. the taxi driver and I was kind of suprised when we arrived at the destination. The room was okay as I asked for a quiet room. The owner was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately what pull the rating down is the cleaning. The cleaner is nice, however, she doesnt clean! She only sweps the floor and sometimes mop it and empty the bins. No cleaning of the bathroom at all and no changing of sheets or pillow cases the whole stay (1 week). Not ok. She needs to get a workshop on cleaning. The international channels was in a bad condition, not clear and watchable at all. The location was next to the beach.
