This stunning house boasts a private pool and spa, perfect for families seeking relaxation. Enjoy outdoor dining and spacious areas, all within a tranquil cul-de-sac setting. The Space: The house offers a comfortable layout across two distinct areas. The main cottage features two inviting bedrooms, each boasting a luxurious King-sized bed. The heart of the cottage comprises a cozy lounge, a dining area perfect for meals, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-appointed bathroom. Outside, you'll discover a spacious covered outdoor area, ideal for entertaining. It includes a BBQ, an outdoor dining setting for eight, and a comfortable lounge area, also accommodating eight guests. A pathway leads to the charming garden room, which houses a generous guest room complete with two double beds. This room also offers its own private bathroom and laundry facilities. For your comfort, it includes air conditioning, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. The main bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate bath and shower. Additionally, there's an external bathroom with a shower, toilet, and laundry facilities. The pool and Spa are a highlight, both are heated however it is important to note as they are outside the effectiveness off the heat pumps are reliant of the ambient temperature and therefore do not perform well in the winter, they will take the edge of the chill but please do not expect the spa to get much hotter than 28-30 degrees during the winter months. Both are available all year round. Guest Access: You have the entire property to yourself. The Neighborhood: Nestled in the tranquil fishing village of Patonga, our home offers the perfect escape for families seeking a relaxing getaway. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, making it a breeze to explore the area. Patonga's charming wharf is just a stone's throw away, where you can catch the ferry to the iconic Palm Beach. For a coastal casual dining experience, The Boat House restaurant is a short stroll from the house, offering delicious meals with stunning water views. Kids will love the giant playground and park, ideal for endless fun and games. Water enthusiasts can enjoy kayaking and fishing, with easy access to the water's edge. Getting Around: Walk everywhere. Other Things to Note: All bookings will require to provide government issued ID for security purposes. The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000\.
