The terrace is a place that makes you dream. Wherever you sit it is like seeing a beautiful painting in front of you. The large built-in sofa and the marble table invite you to read, work, have fun with friends or enjoy a wonderful lunch or dinner.

The island offers a wide selection of beaches from secluded pebbled coves to sandy organized ones with umbrellas, bars and water sports.

The monastery in Chora really overwhelms you. It is visible from almost all places on this scenic little island. Patmos has a very religious past starting from the writing of St.John's book of Revelations in the holy Cave of the Apocalypse.A wide selection of cuisine all over the island while cafes-bars and clubs await for the more outgoing.

The villa is located in Epsimia in one of the most beautiful parts of the island with incredible views on a plot of four acres. The place is very quiet but only 5 minutes close to Skala (port)and close to Chora (also 5 minutes).Driving or riding around is really uncomplicated. You won`t find any traffic light on the road that swerve und turn unfolding new spectacular view at every curve.
