Our rental property is located in a safe,quiet clean neighborhood minutes away from all major highways to NYC. To be exact we are 16.5 miles away from the Lincoln Tunnel. Master bedroom has 2 full size beds, a dresser, nightstand, private full bathroom, ceiling fan, a huge closet, double sliding doors that opens up to a beautiful deck and a beautiful new flat screen TV. The private bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and tub ,sink and cabinet with a mirror. Bedroom # 2 has 2 full size beds, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and a new flat screen TV. Bedroom # 3 has 1 full size beds, closet,dresser, ceiling fan, and a new flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a sink,toilet,shower with tub and a cabinet with mirror. Living room is a very large space for family time and relaxation. It consist of 2 sofas, ceiling fan, and a beautiful new flat screen TV. The kitchen as you can see in the picture is big. We stock it with dishes, pots & pans. We also offer a coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and a toaster. We have 24 hour 7 days a week security cameras on the outside perimeters of our property for your security. Rental details: Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 3 night stay during the weekdays. We can accommodate 10 guests comfortably. .Rental Guest understands’ that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend any guest. If a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. Checking in: Check IN : 4 PM - 11PM. Check OUT : 11 AM Check-in Procedure: Guest will receive either a text or an email from me one day prior to arrival. In that email or text there will be a 4 digit security code for the front door. We have a smart key deadbolt lock with a custom code for every guest. You will get the code one day before checking in. Laundry.: We offer a washer and dryer at an additional cost. It’s located in the hallway with a locked door. If you pay for this service we will then give you the code to unlock door. It was easy to get in and out of NYC for day trips. The house was clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Although we didn’t bring our two year old with us this time, we loved that all of the baby items were easily available in the house. The stay was great! The location is super convenient—just 15 minutes from NYC and close to the American Dream Mall. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath setup was spacious and comfortable, and the place was clean and well-maintained. However, the listing mentions a "free washer & dryer," but that wasn’t the case. It would be helpful if that detail were clarified in the listing. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed in, but it also wasn’t the best. Here’s a list of pros and cons. Pros The area was nice and did meet out needs as far as accommodations and close to attractions. Owner allowed us to check in early. Mattresses had mattress covers. Some kitchen appliances were furnished. The house was clean on the surface. Tv’s are located in the living room as well in each bedroom. High chair, booster and playpen available in the unit. Central Air was definitely a plus. WIFI code provided. Cons Shower heads were filthy and had to be cleaned. 2nd bathroom drain is clogged up with hair. Need more cooking pans, small spoons, mixing bowls, hand mixer, extra paper towels and toilet paper. Pot holders needed in the kitchen. Gas stove was not working properly, It had to be lit with lighter and had a strong gas smell. Outdoor chairs on patio would have been nice. Hot water gets extremely hot. Mold located in the 1st bathroom ceiling. Tenants living in bottom apartment using the driveway parking space. In the kitchen and bathroom, everything was constantly wet. Balcony not secure or sturdy. Gas stove is not kid friendly. Sofas was a bit small and unable to accommodate all 8 of us. Beds were extremely squeaky and loud in the master. Loud gun shots or fire works every night. ##### LaShelle H. Hot water temperature was so hot it could scald you. One of the beds broke the first night but was fixed the very next day but still squeaked. As before, the place was spotless and well-appointed. What we didn't plan to find was the portacrib, pack-n-play, and high chair! We were going to borrow these items from my sister, but didn't have to. When we discovered a few minor issues, we contacted Giuseppe and they were taken care of the next day. (Thanks!) This is the perfect place for anyone who is coming to NJ but would like easy access to NYC. Last time we stayed here for my niece's wedding. This time it was for her baby shower. A Saturday trip into the city to meet up with some friends for brunch and to attend a performance at The Met was an easy drive in and back. Highly recommended! ##### April G. This property was perfect for us. It is an easy drive from here to NYC and it has just the right amount of space. Joe (Giuseppe, the owner) was easy to work with and quick to respond to texts. This property was very clean and nicely updated with beautiful finishes. I do, however, have a few recommendations for future guests: A stopper/strainer for the kitchen sink drain, stoppers for the bathtubs in case guests would like to take a bath instead of a shower, wash cloths and hand towels for the bathrooms, more kitchen dish towels (there was only one) and a few dish cloths, too, These few items would have made the stay more comfortable, however we still enjoyed our 5 nights there. The only complaint I have about this place is from my son. One remote didn't have batteries hahaha. We have an outstanding time. The owner Giuseppe was friendly and answered any and all questions.
