Property was in great lication to middle of resturant area. Lots to choose from. Only issue was this weekend was kick off to their local festival, and had music in park (very loud) until 2am. Other than that, its Italy and there is a festival somewhere almost anywhere you go in summer.

The setting is gorgeous and there are paths to walk around the shore of Lake Trasimeno or a ferry In which to cross the lake. Rooms are small but tidy, with the usual small bathroom. While the dinner menu was limited, there were numerous restaurants nearby that offered a variety of Italian cuisine, even an Irish restaurant.

We booked this property as part of our road trip back to Rome. As it was our last night in Italy, I thought the lakefront would be nice. The hotel was clean and well kept. Parking was onsite and included which was a big bonus. Surrounding the hotel was a nice boardwalk and numerous restaurants and gelato stands. Onsite inclusive breakfast was nice with many item options. There are two downsides to this property. The first is the pool. It is not attached to the hotel and you have to walk outside the hotel and across the lot to where it was located. The second was the intense amount of bugs and mosquitos which collected in the evening. We were advised by the staff that they got bad at night and to keep the doors and windows closed however, this didn't help and a few managed to infiltrate the room. Made for an interesting sleep. Overall the hotel is nice enough but the algae that collected in the bay and the bugs don't help support the rate being charged for the room in my opinion.

Lovely relaxed and friendly hotel.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t glamorous, but was comfortable and relaxed and very clean. Our room was tasteful, the furnishings seemed fairly new and everything worked. The air conditioning was very effective, which was great as it was really hot outside. The pool was inviting not bathroom facilities by the pool were rather shabby. The position of the hotel allowed marvellous views of the lake both from our room and the restaurant. Staff were accommodating when we needed early breakfast and helped us book a taxi from Station to airport in Perugia on the way home.

Hotel Lido, what’s not to like.
Comfortable room, superb location, amazing, friendly and efficient staff. We have stayed there 4 times in the last month and will go again. Breakfast was great too!

The rooms at the Lido are kept very clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful The breakfast is good, except for the coffee, with an excellent staff member looking after this . The showers in the room are very poor, water goes everywhere, it does not have a grab bar and a slippery floor; not enjoyable.

The location was good for us as a stop before catching the ferry in Ancona the next morning. But this would not be my choice for a vacation choice. The hotel is fine and the restaurant was lovely as you can dine al fresco on their pier over the lake. The town and the resort looks like "faded roses" .. memories of a time past when families would come to stay for weeks during the summer. This was August and much is closed up but there was still little to no activity.

The staff here is great!! I don’t speak Italian but this was no problem. They helped me with directions, drivers, places to eat. The hotel is in a great location. The town is a beautiful place to walk around and relax.

Great location
Great location by the lake, restaurants and shops. The train station and the ferry port were close by so convenient for travelling around. Couldn't have managed without the pool with such high temperatures, it was clean, quiet and relaxing.

Lovely, friendly hotel
Fantastic location, situated right on the lakes edge means there is usually a welcome breeze (it was stifling hot just a few streets away). The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is well situated to explore the town and local area. The town of Passignano is charming, with a good variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The medieval old town is simply stunning and has fantastic views over the lake and surrounding area. We took trips across the lake to Isolo Maggiori using the local ferry and also took a train to beautiful Cortona, the public transport is very cheap and efficient. The pool looked beautiful and was well maintained and cleaned daily, although unfortunately we didn't get to use it due to a pressing schedule. The rooms are clean and although basic were comfortable, the blackout shutters were very welcome as was the air conditioning. The restaurant situated on the lake behind the hotel was absolutely lovely. We ate there on two occasions and the food was superb as was the service, and the prices were very reasonable. We ate outside on both occasions and although there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening they were all attracted to the lights and we did not get bitten once (unusual as my husband usually gets eaten alive). In summary, a lovely friendly hotel in a fantastic location. Facilities are basic but comfortable. We are already planning our next trip and look forward to being back in beautiful Passignano soon

NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A 2 STARR
Hotel is well located by the Travisano Lake, but is OLD and DIRTY, my room was really disappointing, really wanted to go out and cancel my reservation, yes, it had a LAKE VIEW, but not enjoyable due to the dirtiness of the balcony with a 2 plastic 5 euros chairs, the bathroom, unbelievable, shower of 60x60 cm, not clean, WC oxidized, nasty image and NO TOILET PAPER, it had a napkin dispenser with recyclable paper, NOT COMFORTABLE. We bought toilet paper, soap and even wanted to buy sheets for the mattress but we did not find it around, I have to accept my towels were new. Sincerely we won't come back to this Hotel. NOT EVEN RECOMMENDED FOR EXPEDIA TO PROMOTE IT.

Wonderful lakeside location
A wonderful location right by Lake Trasimeno. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great to have aircon. Breakfast was typical continental with bread , meat , cheese , yoghurts , croissants . Staff were so friendly and spoke excellent English .They helped arrange taxi beck to Perugia airport . This is a wonderful base to stay if you enjoy cycling , walking , lots of great food , wine and history .

5 night stay in August. Good position for touring. Free car park. Unremarkable pleasant hotel. Good chambermaid service with sheets & towels changed regularly. Small outdoor swimming pool open 9-6,towels and swimming cap (obligatory ) provided. Lido restaurant delicious food but some officious staff. Made to feel unwelcome as we hadn't booked but restaurant not busy with lots of empty tables.

Our favourite hotel on Italy!
This is our fifth time staying at the Hotel Lido and again it hasn't disappointed us. It is perfect for a wide range of places to visit in Tuscany and Umbria. And Lake Trasimeno is lovely. We will be back again in the future - no doubt

Purtroppo la recensione è condizionata dal soggiorno che complessivamente è stato da dimenticare. L'Hotel non ha colpe anzi il personale ci hanno supportato fin dove era per loro possibile. L'hotel è in cento al paese e appena sotto l'hotel c'è un chiosco di ritrovo di adolescenti. La sera del nostro arrivo l'amministrazione comunale gli aveva dato il permesso di animare la serata con musica da discoteca fino alle 2 di notte. La musica era talmente alta che era come averla in camera. Il giorno dopo credo che la totalità degli ospiti dell'hotel è andata via. Passignano è nel circuito dei borghi più belli d'italia. Non lo sappiamo e non lo sapremo mai. Dopo questa disavventura siamo scappati e non pensiamo di ritornarci mai più perchè un paese che accoglie i turisti in questo modo fosse anche il più bello del mondo, non merita di essere visitato.

Hotel strategico per visita luoghi del Trasimeno
Hotel strategico sia per visitare Passignano sia per prendere il traghetto verso le isole del lago Trasimeno. Camera con alcune macchie nei muri e nelle tende ma per il resto pulita e con una bella vista sul lago. Parcheggio riservato ai clienti molto comodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima colazione e cena nel loro ristorante.

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Ferragosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene ottima la posizione comoda la piscina e un'ottimo ristorante .....buona e abbondante anche la colazione. L'unica pecca forse il bagno con un accesso in vasca non molto comodo

C'è da migliorare
Hotel con vista spettacolare proprio a ridosso del lago ma l'assenza delle zanzariere rende impossibile di sera tenere le finestre aperte per via degli insettini tipici del luogo e in estate è inaccettabile. Il parcheggio non è riservato solo a chi usufruisce dell'albergo ma anche del ristorante con la conseguenza che di sera soprattutto non si trova posto riservato ma bisogna andare in giro a cercarlo. Personale gentile e disponibile colazione a buffet servito non male.

Soggiorno di una sola notte molto piacevole. La camera è ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto ricca. Hotel ricco di numerosi servizi. Il parcheggio interno è molto comodo. Posizione ottima...un affaccio diretto sul lago Trasimeno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Fint hotel til et par nætter. Ligger meget centralt i byen, udefra ser det slidt ud men værelser er renoveret og OK pæne. Byen har primært restauranter og historie, ikke shopping.

Arriviamo e ci dicono subito che il ristorante la sera non è accessibile in quanto prenotato per un evento privato. Torniamo da cena e troviamo il parcheggio completamente pieno delle macchine dell'evento privato. il bagno era sprovvisto di carta igienica. la doccia non è siliconata con conseguente perdita di acqua. la terrazza sporca e di conseguenza sporcavamo anche la camera. Frigo in camera rotto, il letto matrimoniale che doveva essere un letto Queen, erano due lettini singloi separati che abbiamo dovuto "legare". Il personale è stato alquanto menefreghista

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage, dazu einen Pool. Der See vor dem Hotel war voller Algen aber ein Stück weiter ist ein Steg, da kann man ins Wasser Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, wurde nicht kalt die Matratzen sehr durchgelegen Das Frühstück war umständlich organisiert, eine Mitarbeiterin verteilte es auf die Teller, hatten wir bis jetzt in keinem hotel so erlebt Und wir haben über 10 auf unserer Rundreise gehabt Das WLAN war sehr schlecht, unbrauchbar
