« Merci à Nathalie, très réactive avec qui j'ai pu échanger avant et pendant le séjour. Même s'il faut faire un peu de métro pour se rendre dans Manhattan, je recommande ce lieu calme après les grosses journées de marche et de bruit. Terrasse au top.superette à côté.logement cosy avec climatisation et tout ce qu'il faut simplement comme à la maison,c'est ce qu'on recherchait.merci »

« We had an excellent visit to this stylish spacious brownstone apartment in Brooklyn. 4 friends from UK to celebrate a birthday. A bedroom each, space to dine in if needed and in a perfect spot to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn, the metro worked well wherever we went, especially the A train! Our host was always helpful and we had a grand time. »

« The apartment had absolutely beautiful views from the living room. Situated perpendicular to Central Park, we got great views of uptown and midtown Manhattan, and could see a bit of downtown.It was extremely easy to get into the city with NJTransit and anywhere else with rideshares. Food options in the neighborhood were great, and we loved the bodegas and Latino markets for quick and easy food runs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices, pots/pans, plates, and utensils.Fit our group of six...

« House was very clean and comfortable, and owner was very responsive. Only very minor things that prevented 5 stars; less utensils and pots/pans/dishes than at other units rated 5 star, although we were able to cook everything we wanted. Just had to improvise a little. No towel bars in bathroom, no dresser in bedroom, very minor stuff. Overall we would come here again. »

« The heating unit stopped working on the second night, which was very cold. The host knew that the system was faulty and had space heaters as a backup, but did not inform us until afterwords.The hardwood floor was not properly sanded and polyurethane. It looks like the owners were doing the work themselves, because it was too much for them, they leave it unfinished and did not hire a professional to do it.The master bedroom has a big old coach which look like a sick old person was sleeping in it....

« Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely »
