Welcome to Vine Cottages, the comfort and amenities of high-end Luxury hotel suites, without the hotel. The concept was inspired by the unique beauty of the Central Coast Wine Region. Our family fell in love with the area, the terroir, the feel, and the world-class wines of the region. Wine country character is cheerful, relaxing, care-free, offering a perfect escape from the daily stress and routine, bringing together family and friends in joyous moments creating lasting memories. The Vine Cottages concept evolved into a luxurious custom-built property designed to capture and experience the overall Paso Robles Wine Country Culture. The property combines a unique balance between privacy and your own space, as well as being perfectly suited for small reunions. Vine Cottages is a distinctive setting with private outdoor seating for each individually appointed cottage, as well as a common area for small gatherings. These brand-new modern farmhouse style cottages are the perfect way to start your wine country retreat. They are conveniently located in the downtown west side of Paso Robles, less than a mile from the Historic Paso Robles downtown square which boasts boutique shopping, galleries, tasting rooms, fine-dining restaurants, and the downtown city park. The location also provides multiple access points to over 100 west side wineries. It’s perfect for the couple’s getaway, or a home away from home while working. Revine Lago, a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with private hot tub, is modernly decorated with meticulous detail to luxury and comfort, with antique furnishing accents. Walk inside from under a large, private covered patio through French doors into a spacious, comfortable living space accentuated by vaulted ceilings. Unwind on a comfortable couch or chair, with flat screen TV, and a beautiful antique pine table to dine on. Relax on the large private porch in a rocking chair with a glass of wine in the evening, or a cup of coffee in the morning. Pamper yourself in the privacy of a well-appointed, tailor-made tile bathroom accentuated with an extra-large glass-lined shower, rain shower head, and plush cotton towels. Check in was a little confusing because there are actually a few units on the property and it wasn't clear to us at first which one we were in. So pay attention to the name of the unit - there's no numbers. We mostly loved the private backyard with hot tub and fire table. The neighbors are really close, but it was still quiet back there. It has a few minor downsides - there's no dishwasher and no drawers in the bedroom to store clothes. And the hot tub really needs a floating sanitizer to keep the water clear. ##### Jessica W. Plus the parking situation was really difficult as you had to back out onto Vine at the bottom of a hill which was impossible to see oncoming traffic. The outdoor spaces were nice but needed more landscape plantings to soften the experience. ##### Larry M. I bit too far to walk to downtown but just a short and easy Uber ride away (Especially since it rained most of the weekend!). The back yard is not fully fenced so it was not convenient to just let the dog out there to do business. ##### Paul M. Bathroom was bigger than expected actually. Really nice shower, great towels! Bed was comfortable but shook like a little earthquake when my husband would get out of bed. My husband didnt like that there wasnt a tv in the bedroom. Didnt bother me so much. Since it is pet friendly, we brought our lab, who seemed comfortable but he's a normal easy going lab. There wasnt any grass on the property so we had to walk him to the business complex down the way for him to do number 2\. He likes doing his number 2 in grass 🙄 check in was easy though. I would recommend more entry mats or rugs when its supposed to rain. I swept up each day because with the weather, we brought in so much from the outdoors. Small thing. Aside from that, we really liked the place, and loved that we could bring our dog. ##### Alexandra R. The hot tub and fire pit make it an excellent place to relax. It is in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minute walk from the main downtown area or a quick drive. The one bedroom just barely fits the bed, so it can feel a bit cramped, but the rest of the cottage is roomy. The place is probably best for a couple (perhaps with a child) but might feel small for two couples. ##### Peter H. I had to go into the office and Sandy was very helpful, but the jacuzzi issue was not solved and it had to be drained and refilled. We chose to cut our trip short due to these issues and the weather that arrived Saturday night. ##### Matt C.
