Dining, bars, wine tasting, local produce/fish/meat markets and boutiques are no more than a few minutes away! We offer our guests exclusive discounts to Sensorio & Margarita Adventures when booking. The Wine Country Oasis, situated merely 1.5 miles from Paso Robles\` Historic Downtown Square, offers a serene getaway. Nestled in the Paso Robles Willow Creek District, the Copia Vineyards Guest House provides a tranquil escape just a short drive from exquisite dining, premier wine tasting, and chic fashion and food boutiques. Settled within a secure 50-acre estate, the guest house boasts breathtaking views of undulating hills and neighboring vineyards. Designed to accommodate six guests, it is expansive and cozy, adorned with stylish decor, an open-concept layout, and contemporary design. You will have a private gated yard. We do request you do not wander the vineyards. Owners live on the property but keep to themselves. We have another guest house on the property that can also accommodate 4 guests. Our pet policy is as follows: $50 for a pet Pet must be less than 40lbs 1\. No pets left unattended at the residence 2\. No pets on furniture or bedding 3\. Please clean up after your pets and place waste in the outside receptacle. Thank you! We do have cameras on the property at the parking lot and the entrance of the home for your safety and the safety of our property. We offer our guests exclusive discounts to Sensorio & Margarita Adventures when booking. Small dogs under 40lbs are permitted with approval prior to booking. That said, the house needs some TLC, which I communicated to the manager with no reply before posting this review. The king air bed was deflated, the mattress disgusting. The manager replaced the bed the next day, Sunday. Our guests arrived to stay in the queen bedroom, the bed was not comfortable and the shower head put out a couple tiny streams of water so they had to use our bathroom. Just needs a good cleaning, fix the windows that don't open and the screens the are askew, vacuum up the dust throughout and flies on the windowsill, give the cupboards a wipe and it would be great. Replace the string lights that are broken and burned out, it's beautiful outdoors and perfect if you have dogs. ##### Lisa G. Sarah is so responsive and welcoming. The home has everything you need and more! The views looking out over the vineyard are beautiful and there are several seating areas to curl up with a book, glass of wine, or in front of the fire table. Gita, the vineyard cat kept us company. I can't wait to go back again. There were even beautiful, bright and cheery fresh flowers waiting on the table and the home is so very nice and the views are vast. The hot tub was clear, ready to go and although you feel like you are off the beat and path, you are still only a few short miles to restaurants! Loved It!!! ##### Cynthia P. The views from the property are unparalleled. We were in town for a wedding, and it was delightful to come back to this serene and lovely property after all the peoplely events. Conveniently located to downtown and the 101\. The house is extremely well-maintained and very well-stocked. Plenty of coffee was provided for the Keurig, and the toiletries were plentiful and of high quality. The washer and dryer worked flawlessly, as did the dishwasher. The living room is spacious and very liveable. Both bathrooms are huge! Our only disappointment was that the king bed was too soft for our comfort; however, everything else made up for that. ##### Ruth C. The home was perfect for two couples with each having our own bathroom. Communication was excellent. The location can’t be beat - close to downtown Paso but far enough out you feel like you’re in the countryside. We also enjoyed a wine tasting and food pairing at the tasting room on Mustard Creek Rd. Look forward to coming back. ##### Jackie C.
