The property is sited on a large property with a lot of open space and a beautiful landscape that will put you at ease. The parking is plentiful and includes RV parking with w/hookups! This is a newer built home with all of the modern conveniences and amenities guests love. Some amenities include a bbq, firepit, outdoor dining setup, pack-n-play, Wifi, King size beds, games, Well supplied kitchen, and home to California\`s best wine. HOUSE RULES 1\. GUEST REGISTRATION/OCCUPANCY LIMITS Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons. Day visitors must be pre-approved. No unregistered overnight guests. 2\. PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS No parties, events, commercial activities, or gatherings without written approval. Excessive noise, DJ equipment, or amplified outdoor sound is prohibited. Decorations requiring tape, nails, confetti, glitter, or structural alterations are prohibited. 3\. NOISE & QUIET HOURS Quiet hours: 11PM to 8AM. Outdoor noise must remain respectful at all times. Local city noise ordinances must be followed. Repeated noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund. 4\. SMOKING POLICY No smoking/Vaping allowed on the property. Guests may do so on public property 5\. PETS (IF APPLICABLE) Pets allowed only if disclosed and approved. Pet stay fee applies: $150 Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
