Pas d état des lieux entrants. ##### Sabine Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2017 ### 6/10 Okay #### Alain May 28, 2017 #### Hébergement bien placé, mais mal géré. 1er problème : réception des clefs prévue à 17h réalisée après 18h car retard ouverture agence. 2eme problème : pas de linge dans l'appartement et obligés d'attendre leur livraison à 20h 15 ! 6 familles ont attendu ensemble. 3eme problème : un des volets roulants était bloqué ouvert sans possibilité de le fermer. 4eme problème : une pièce salon-salle à manger aux murs ornés de tâches. 5eme problème : le personnel ne parle que l'espagnol contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans votre présentation ds hébergements.
