Hotel is rated as a 4 star however, the rooms are not 4 star. No fridge, only 1 pillow each, not enough coffee/ milk for a family room and the room is really dark! I understand the cool black ceiling but just not enough light to see.
Booked a table in the restaurant for 7 of us but reception only booked for a table of 4- turned out well as there’s so many fabulous restaurants in the town, we were spoilt for choice.
Overall it’s fine- breakfast was good and the staff were great

Great stay, lovely room, clean and a good size for me, my wife, and young son.
Friendly and helpful staff, underground parking that took big vehicles (car with roof box). Good location only a short walk to the main squares of Arras.
Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had fun when we came home from dinner and played ping-pong with a fellow guest. The hotel was amazing, offering very good value. We would definitely stay there again.

We only stayed for one night on a stopover from Périgord to Calais, but it was a perfect stay. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and our dog was given a tasty treat before going to the room to find dog bowls provided! We really got the sense that the management and staff pay attention to detail and want customers to have the best experience. East parking underneath the hotel as well! Ideal.

Very good location for our onward travel to the Tunnel.
Location to the square in the centre is perfect and there is an underground car park with direct access to the hotel.

The heating system was not working it was cold when we arrived it was cold all night. It impacted the whole place. Staff was informed and nothing was done.

Is it for the Mercure Arras Centre Gare ?We don't have any issus with the heating, and no one was informed about some troubles on sunday 11st of December. Usually we bring extra blanket or extra moving heating. The temperature in the rooms is around 22-23 degres when the guests controle it.We stay at your disposal for more information.Best regards,

Fantastic staff who were all very attentive and friendly. The hotel is modern and feels very impressive to include a great bard and lounge area. Room was clean and check in was perfect

We used this hotel for a stopover on our road trip and it was perfect. There’s an underground car park (entrance in the central reservation outside the front door and can be accessed with a code out of hours) that is secure. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. All the staff were really friendly and the town was nice for a walk around in the morning. Recommend the artisan boulangerie that is on the corner close to the hotel for road snacks!

Lovely hotel and a good location 10 minutes to the main square. Parking is offsite. Look for the parking it’s in the middle of the road underground.
