Arranged on two floors, the three-room apartment in a villa of over 60 square metres welcomes you with a very modern living room characterised by shades of black, white and blue, consisting of a table, sofa bed, corner kitchen with induction hobs, coffee maker and coffee machine with pods, kettle, dishwasher and oven. The double French window gives access to the large garden with an awning and glass parapets allowing an endless lake view. The floor is completed by the small bedroom and the bathroom with suspended sanitary fittings.
