Desk staff acted as we bothered her by coming in. She also said that breakfast was not complimentary in a tone saying that by looks at us she decided we couldn’t afford it. We we not treated in a nice manner. It it wasn’t for the fact that we had business in the morning we would not have stayed here

Awesome receptionist
Your receptionist Erin is the absolute sweetest. Made our stay lovely! Clean room and great location. Only suggestion is to provide robes and slippers, but if that’s my only issue, that goes to show how nice our stay was otherwise. Very clean, comfortable bed

I stayed there for 3 nights during thanksgiving, and it was perfect! Easy check-in and check-out, the hotel is super clean, they have breakfast and a lot of snacks you can buy at the front desk. I totally recommend it.

Welcomed very pleasantly by staff at front desk and housekeeping. Easy parking, elevators, and short corridor. Received a quiet room location when requested it. Other guests were respectfully quiet. However, am not a fan of sliding bathroom doors (noisy and don't close fully).

Overall, the hotel was acceptable. They were fully booked on my first night. The WiFi could not handle the bandwidth. I could not connect from my room. I literally had to walk towards the elevator to connect. Front desk could not help since there was no IT available.

Not worth the $
It definitley could have been cleaner: coffee stains on the door, dirty molding...not much attention to detail. The VIP pantry was not stocked on Saturday morning. Old food from Friday morning was still there Friday night.

Staff is lovely and ever so helpful, always there to accommodate. Breakfast was good too. Room really nice and beds comfy. We drove an electric car and were grateful for the on site charging station. Great location and easily can access major highways, which was very convenient for us for visiting friends. I will come again and highly recommend this hotel.
