Room was clean receptionist or fantastic. Breakfast was cold, and for having to pay for what should be a free breakfast, I think it should be a little bit better. The Turkey sausage was overcooked and dry.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Traffic noise was significant but could mask by running the a/c fan continuously. Upon check in the credit card had THREE charges put on “for incidentals!” They were pending but seemed excessive. Moreover the clerk could not reverse or even give a receipt to show these charges (the room was fully prepaid). The experience was disturbing.

Other Hotels charge half of the room rent I paid here comes with free morning continental breakfast My rent was paid for four people and only towels provided for one person and I have to call housekeeping team who suspected my usage. Hallway always noisy and on-site has paid events that are useless to many tenants Parking is horrible and no cameras to track what happened in parking area Front end staff never smiles at tenants. I paid three times normal price and check the ledger You cannot google me second time. Sorry

The staff did their best to accommodate me. However, I was given a 1 bedroom suite in which the dark curtains did not close to block the daylight. They were designed to only expand 1/3 on each side (decorative only - no privacy). I sleep days, because I work overnights. Therefore, not being able to shut the curtains was an inconvenience. I informed the staff I sleep days, so if there was any alternative, no one informed me of one.

This was a good, safe place to stay overnight on my trip. I've stayed here before and likely will again. It is a good place for the price. It's close to dining places and there is a restaurant inside too. It's also close to shopping and grocery stores.

Keisha at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and thats the only positive that I have to say. The carpeting and old sofa smelled of mildew and the mismatched tableware had old food stuck to the plates. Absolutely disgusting.

Pleasant stay!
Good hotel to stay at! I made the mistake of going through a 3rd party instead of going through the hotel to get a better offer. The inly bad thing is the heater. It’s noisy and the heat is too dry and hard to control so we left it off.

my room was next to a main hwy heard trucks almost all night the bed sheets were never changed they had piss stains in the bed.
