I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and I am usually very happy with them across the board for their consistency and service. This particular one, however, while clean and safe could use a few improvements. There were no king beds available except in smoking rooms. There were no fridges or microwaves in the rooms and this was not mentioned in the booking. The front desk staff, while efficient were not friendly or upbeat at all. In fact they were almost silent and uninterested in the guests at all. This was consistent over the course of 4 days and various staff members. The ice machine was broken/inoperative on nearly each level. The building is a weird mix of an older Hilton with the Hampton Inn built onto the far end all the way around back, so I think its an older facility that's been remodeled some years back, best I could tell. Definitely need an upgrade to catch up to the many other Hampton Inns.

I loved the professionalism of the front desk staff and the willingness to accommodate the guests. The breakfast was great and the free parking made it even better. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I didn’t realize that my room didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave so I went to the front desk and the gentleman arranged for me to get a refrigerator. When I came back to my room it was there. That’s good service. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

I have stayed at several different Hampden Inn's over many years and have been very satisfied with the staff and facilities. This was by far one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed at as a whole. The room was in poor condition with several issues. The bathroom door was a sliding pocket door and it didn't close and hung crookedly so you could look right into the bathroom. The vanity sink was ridiculously small and the shower/toilet enclosure had no ventilation and poor lighting. The waste baskets had no liners. Overall it was just old and poorly maintained and just plain icky. To top it all off it cost nearly $235. Do not recommend!

Every year I take my kids to the hotel a few times just so that they can enjoy the pools, by far this is the best hotel we had stayed in. Definitely will be back.

Overall very good, I like Hampton Court. The room was comfortable which is all I needed. It was difficult to find it! I went thru the first doors and was in the Hilton, I had to drive around and finally found the Hampton Court entrance. I would suggest some signage to help people not from the area.

Nice staff and facility. However there are some problems with the room like heater that blows cold and makes squeaking noise, and door that is somewhat cracked at the closing point so let’s in outside noise and isn’t private enough.

The Kayak booking said pet friendly but no indication of a charge, however there was a large charge!!! It wasn’t the hotel’s fault but very disappointing!!!

Our stay at this hotel was good. It is conveniently located yet felt like it was secluded but was mere minutes from everything. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others

Hampton is connected to the Hilton in the same building. Hilton side has the restaurant and gym/pool. Good clean place to stay.

Wonderful staff! Ele at the front desk is very warm and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable and looks like it may have been remodeled recently. Very quiet location but close to shopping and dining options. I am very pleased with this choice!

The property is old and the rooms are in desperate need of a remake. The bed was lumpy and the pillows small. The cleaning was terrible. An empty toilet paper roll was left in the holder, a quarter I had dropped in the morning on my way out remained on the bathroom floor and the towels, which were clearly used were simply folded and put back rather than replaced. It was good enough for the price but I felt we could do better next visit and would not recommend this location.

Checkin was smooth. Front desk Forgot to mention about the breakfast or the location of it. No fridge in the room and it was dated furniture. Second morning there were no napkins at breakfast and upon inquiry I was told deliver hasn’t arrived (7:35am) Over all comfortable but nothing to be excited or amazed by
