My room did not have a phone. the side doors were open which makes me believe that anyone can enter the premises without a key. The front desk was always unattended.

The toilet was leaking water all Over the floor on the bathroom when the toilet was flushed. The soap dispenser in the tub area was empty.

Registration system down upon check in, room was not clean, keycard failed twice in a two night stay, desk lamp was not plugged in (no outlet). Staff are overall friendly and helpful.

Nothing wrong here. I’m a weekly hotel renter for business. I have been here 4 times. Clean, no bedbugs, decent breakfast, adequate TV channels. Price is more than fair. Fridge, microwave all work.

This was one of the worst "hotels" I've ever stayed in. To begin, I was greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I entered the guestroom hallway. The room smelled ok, but was overall dingy and unclean. Walls had marks on them, furniture was worn, toilet was randomly running on it's own, the mini fridge was so loud I had to unplug it overnight, the lamp shades had holes, and worst of all, the sheets and towels were NOT clean. Several towels had hair in them and had an overall dirty look. The blanket on the bed was covered in different types of female hair from one end of the bed to the other. It also had multiple vomit-like stains on it. The pillow case had hair inside, too. I went to the front desk and kindly asked for a new blanket. I simply explained that mine had hair on it and a new one would be appreciated. The same person brought a new blanket to my room, but was rude on delivery. As I grabbed for the blanket and started to say "Thank you so much", I was cut off at "Thank ..." as he dropped the blanket before I had a full hold of it. He walked away as I tried to catch the blanket before it hit the floor. Terrible experience. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Rooms were ok. Property is dated and outside is poorly maintained at rear of building. Smell of cigarettes coming from the room next to ours was constant and annoying. The breakfast could offer a little more like scrambled eggs and sausage. The room was clean and common areas inside were ok except in some areas.

Problems galore
I would not recommend this hotel in its current state. We had issues from the beginning. The toilet had a leak from the back where we needed to put a towel down to catch the water. The room TV stopped working after night 1. There was a device (possibly some type of intercom) making a static noise while we tried to sleep. I dialed for help and the front desk person came up and said he cannot do anything and he is the only one working, but he will make a maintenance note. Also, I could not be moved to another room because the hotel was "full". For cleanliness, I would also not recommend. This is an older building and has a stale smell throughout. I tried airing out the room but that did not work. Next time in the area I will spend the few extra $ and stay elsewhere. 1/5

2 day in-town stay
The Baymont was good geographically but not to our expectations for a Wyndham hotel. We didnt need much but a place to sleep as we were out visiting family and friends. Room and hallways had a constant odor that we could not get away from. Bed and linens were just ok. Rooms and decor were old with patchwork fixed tile in the bathroom and the one-piece shower was cracked and separating. Not much effort made to upgrade the rooms or amenities. The room cleaners were helpful and very competent. They seemed to work hard. Extra towels and washcloths were tough to get, seems they had just a small supply even though the lot was not filled with cars. Breakfast was banal, mostly packaged products. No oat or almond milk alternative. Nothing appeared really fresh, even the bread. Staff were nice enough, but not go out of your way helpful. Check-in was fine. Hotel was more on the level of a budget motel. For the price it was not worth our stay. We stayed in another chain later that week based on our geographic needs for the same room price, and that hotel was extremely well kept and far, far superior. This was not money well spent for us. If you're just passing thru and need a place to stay for a night, its passable but no different than other budget motels that would charge less per night.

Hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. A lot of hair in the bathroom. On the floor and on the walls the cleaners never touch. Which means any high touch area may not have been cleaned either like remote controls, knobs, switches and buttons on ac. Suspicious stains on bedding and a headboard that never looks like it’s been wiped down from fingerprints and weird thick smudge marks. The front desk is usually professional though

My key didn’t open the door so a very nice gentleman who worked by the laundry room by Building C and D got me a new key from the front desk for me. He then helped me with my bags into the room. Very kind!
