Expedia didn't mention a fee for animals or the fact that you can only rent certain rooms animals are allowed in. We are currently freezing in our $200 room because when we got here there was no heat on and nothing, literally nothing was plugged in. Now we're supposed to get in a hot tub in the freezing cold. We turned on the heater but its limited to luke warm it wont even warm our hands.

Staff were friendly, room was clean. However it wasnt worth the price. The room was very dated and needed some upkeep. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken, the toilet tank cover shifted when you used the toilet, think it was from a different unit. It was advertised as breakfast included and it did have a nice breakfast room but there was no real breakfast. Bags of bagel on the counter. Staff made a pot of coffee when I asked, no cream available. This was on a Saturday morning, I did expect more.

The service and convenience were excellent. The motel is very pet friendly with lots of safe places to walk your pet. Check in and check out was very easy and quick. Parking was spacious and right at the room. We will be coming back every time we’re in parry sound.
